Ter Dolen — beer of the valley

Castle brewery De Dool lies in the Mangelbeek valley. Ter Dolen therefore brings another Limburg landscape to De Hoogmolen on the Abeek: two valleys connected by local craftsmanship and a love of the region.

The Ter Dolen Tripel was named Revelation of the Year by the Brussels Beer Challenge — the discovery of the entire competition. Full-malted, copper-blonde and remarkably smooth thanks to grain alone. The Blond was Limburg's first abbey beer in 1994 and remains a consistent medal winner. The Wit has also collected international recognition.

Kompel — a tribute to the mining region

Limburg is more than nature. The mining region shaped generations, and Kompel pays tribute to that with characterful beers that carry the miner's story in every glass. Rugged, honest and with a wink to the past.

Duvel — a Belgian icon on the terrace

No beer list without a classic. Duvel stands for craftsmanship proven over decades: a refined, powerful blonde with its unmistakable foaming ritual. On a sunny terrace above the valley — perfect.
